方法就是进行定型烘干处置,以解除木包装内部应力,使防腐木包装的内部含水率≤13%。蒸汽窑烘干或真空窑烘干是比拟幻想的处置方法,其根本道理是在规范窑里给木包装加以必然的湿度(软化木包装外表),分时分段用恰当的高温把木包装芯部的水分逼出来。防腐处置前的基材进行烘干,既能确保防腐剂有用成分的接收,又能使用木包装内部的应力,改善木包装的变形与开裂景象;防腐处置后的木包装因为防腐液经加压进入木包装内部(全湿透),需进行二次烘干(但要经阴干后,以使防腐剂有用成分固着在木包装内部)含水率≤13%,以再次使用防腐木包装剩余的内部应力、不变尺寸、大水平地改善防腐木包装的开裂现象。
