当然,这样的放大系数只是适合于一般的瓦楞纸箱,如果遇到对摇盖要求很高的纸箱,可以通过函数求出纸箱摇盖的放大系数。另外,上表列出的放大系数不适合于宽度低于20 cm的纸箱。

瓦楞纸箱通过粘合、钉合接头来成型,接头尺的尺寸一般根据瓦楞层数及工厂的工艺水平而定。为保持主箱面(LH面)的印刷面不被破坏,接头一般应与LH面连接。单瓦楞接头尺寸一般为35 mm~40 mm,双瓦楞45 mm~50 mm,三瓦楞为50 mm。

根据公式,我们计算出纸箱的落料规格。这里计算出了纸箱的净料规格,在生产时还会修边。为了尽量节省材料,一般修边尺寸不会大于1 cm。靠近结舌的边不需要修边。异型箱落料尺寸根据同样的原理即可算出,只是不同的箱型计算的公式不一样而已。
