Ⅰ类纸箱的物理性能检测项目主要有内装物质量、综合尺寸、瓦楞板更小综合定量、更小耐破强度、更小戳穿强度、更小边压强度。瓦楞纸芯定量不应该小于127g/㎡。双瓦楞纸箱，楞型应该为A-A型，三瓦楞纸箱楞型应该为C-A-A型或A-A-A型。如果是防水纸箱，则纸板更外层应该涂有防水树脂的防水纸板。
