目前市面上的重型纸箱结构多为天地盖式的箱型结构，因为天地盖式的结构在使用或作业的时候更加的方便简单，需要装产品的时候直接把围套放好，产品装上后直接上盖，打包，一套包装下来也就几分钟就可以了，这里跟大家讲解一下。需要注意的地方有以两点：

一般在定制重型纸箱时厂家会给你各式各样的内托，而这些内托有可能是EVA珍珠绵也有可能是蜂窝纸内衬材料，有时候是根据所需包装产品特性来决定，容易出现问题的关键就在于这里的内托，并不是说这个内托怎么样，而是内托掩盖住的部分，我们常规所熟知的围边天地盖重型纸箱都是有一个纸板框框围住，形成一个正方形围栏一样的东西，再通过外面一层纸板，形成一个外面的围边。

还有一种情况就是没有偷工减料的情况下，他们所用的胶水，质量可能也不大好，这样就造成一个比较严重的问题，重型纸箱的围套有可能出现裂痕或者是脱落，怕的情况，还是出现围套框不在同一水平线上，这样很容易会导致内箱的四个角出现不同程度的撕裂，因为运输这些过程很有可能导致这些内箱本来就不平整的角度出现问题，所以尽可能验货的时候，打开内托看看围套内部框框是不是紧贴着底层纸板，不然的话你会大失所望哦
